Kai had left the group for the big city. He was shocked by it's size but continued onwards, he was hungry, and needed a place to stay. He thought of only one thing, he could fight for cash. He looked for some street fighters and started asking around but no one told him anything. The only ones who were interested in him was the local law authority who took him to lock-up for being a street fighter. Kai stayed a night in jail, but got out the next day looking for some sort of work.

Goji sat at the bus station with the others looking at a map "if I were the little nutcase where would I go...." he had already checked places he guessed that Kai would be in, homless shelters, arcades, the zoo, but he just wasnt anywhere

Kai was wandering the street when he found a punk beating a little girl up. He was going to step in, and then he was hit with a bus. The driver pulled over, frozen in shock, until someone yelled at him "The boy needs to go to a hospitol!!" the bus driver picked up Kai and put him into the bus. They raced to the hospital using the backstreets because the main roads to the hospitol was crowded, but it took a long time.

Goji decided to explain since blu never really said anything "hi there that guy is a hunter and were looking for someone, a kid, about yay high, spikey hair, really anoying named Kai"

"I sure as he11 wouldn't call that guy a treasure" he said tossing a few at the pigons from behind then possesing them and haing them return the balls to him as he fed more of his aura in to their bodys, they flew away "they'll scan the city and come back if they see him I'll know"

Blu sat silently next to Goji. His nen ability wouldn't be of much help in this situation, so he simply sat and watched. The new guy that came up, Karo, seemed to be really curious about Kai, but wasn't helping at all. Maybe he has different intentions for Kai... or for us. I've heard that not all hunters are good people.

After a time the birds retruned "well if hes here hes in a building..." he said as they flew away Where COULD he be?

as they walked the passed a buss that stood parked in the street "what hapaned here?" asked Goji innocently to a passing police oficer "some kid got hit by a buss, dumb kid though ran strait for it" there was only one person on eath that could be "we gotta get to a hospital!" they all dashed off

Kai woke up in a room, shocked and scared. HE didn't know what happened, but saw a cast on his arm. Apparantly it had broke.
