Group Name:Kumori Kigyourengou (Shadow Syndicate)
Base and location of Base: Underground Labyrinth on a remote island in the southern hemisphere.
Group loyalty: Loyalty lies with the highest pay, and the strongest member is considered the leader.
Group Leader: Kai Kenpachi
Group activity: Assassination, Thievery, Smuggling, Kidnapping, etc. (Paid mercenaries without morales basically)

History: After Kai's escape from the hospital, he wandered aimlessly, stealing and killing for money, one day while he was traveling on a boat to a different continent, it was rammed by a rhinowhale and began to sink. Kai escaped the wreckage by taking a small dingy, and sailed in the ocean for several days before he came across a small island with a large hill and several caves leading downward into darkness. Kai thought to himself that this would be an excellent hideout for someone who wanted or needed one, when it struck him. HE should make a group and use the caves himself. Kai went into the capitol city of a neighboring country and began looking for people who might possess unique ability crucial for a group of criminals.
Goals: To gain a reputation greater than the Zoldicks and become the #1 crime organization in the world

Personality: Yaros is the opposite of his sister, Soray. He is serious and meticulous. He rarely smiles, and virtually never laughs. He never reacts to Soray’s pranks, and it extremely hard to surprise, if he is he doesn’t show it. He, however, feels extremely protective of Soray. He will do almost anything she tells him to unless it could endanger her. He comes off as dull, but is actually quite bright when he needs to be.
History: Yaros and his twin sister, Soray, grew up together in a high standing family. They always had servants tending to their every need. However, they were never allowed to see other children, except those of the families in business with her parents. These kids were about as boring as their parents, so Soray and Yaros rarely played with them. They instead kept each other company.
One day when they were playing, some commoner kids snuck onto the estate and found the two playing. They started jeering at the short Soray (for she was extremely short even back then) and made cry. Then they went to take the doll she was playing with. Yaros stepped over and blocked the kids. When they wouldn’t back off he punched on in the face. He was very strong for his age and sent the kid tumbling with a broken nose. The kids all swarmed him, but he held them off, telling Soray to run back to the house. She wouldn’t leave him, but eventually the guards came and removed the kids. Yaros was bloody and bruised, but stills stood strong, determined to protect his sister. The two forged a bond stronger then family or even marriage. It was a bond of love, not romantic love, but love nonetheless.
After they came of age, the twins left the estate and went to live life on their own. Their parents supported their decision, saying that they would learn valuable life lessons. They still expect the heirs to the family to return one day.

However, the user looses control of the muscle he chose, so if he creates a muscle on a joint, he looses control of that muscle. The created muscle looks like the users muscle (so it looks like a human muscle), but it is intangible and cannot be cut. If the chosen muscle is damaged on the users body, the created muscle is also considered damaged. The user gets tired when he moves the muscle just as if he was moving the joint himself (which he essentially is).
Conditions: The muscle can only be created on a joint the user can see. The user looses control of the muscle the user chose for the created muscle and the muscle is only as strong as the muscle the user chose for the created muscle

Also if the joint is made on a body part the target cannot control how the joint moves because they have no muscles connecting it (for the sake of simplicity, muscles already in the body will only move their intended joint, not the new joint). So the joints will move according to any other force, such as gravity, or being swung
Example: The user makes an elbow joint in a sword, so when it is swung, the front end flips backwards.

yeah okay maybe, will you fight team kaiser? ((Goji-vs-Kai)) but I am seriously thinking of leting these guys start with nen because we need to get this moving

ATM we have 3 members so we can fight evenly with both Team kaiser and phantom thief kodai and his group. so you might aw sell start an RP so Soray and Yaros can meet up with Kai. Admin sama can join up with us later.

we should meet up first, has admin sama guaranteed that he'll make a char for the group? if so i think we would put off any actual story line till then (unless he's being slow about it)

Weapons: Not proficient with any weapons, but has a sort of bar fighting style that is widely improvisational, using elements of where ever she is as make shift weapons in that she is somewhat experienced but requires some unfair advantage to fight more experienced weapons fighters on equal footing

Appearance: Her most noticeable feature is her hair, six and a half feet long it trails her if she lets it hand all the way down, pin strait and shiny blond she wares a blue hair band to keep it out of her face and usually wares it with Zetsu so that it is retracted to shoulder length, one forelock dangles over the band and frames the side of her face (think Ino). Her eyes are a striking blue and command attention. She has milky skin, which looks as well cared for as her hair dose and has an over all attractive, very curvy hourglass figure about her. She wares a rather fitting formal dress top and skirt in black and red, either she likes the attention or dose not need fear it. She wares metal plated gloves and more practical (while still nice) shoes and heavy lipstick and eye shadow she is able to pull it off with out coming across as trashy or overstated.
Personality: Mea knows whats best for her and how to get it, she is rather hard working but knows that all work and no play makes Mea a dull girl. She approaches her work with a playfulness that makes her seem unprofessional when in reality she is the most down to earth of her coworkers. One habit of hers is overusing worlds like "honey" "baby" or "sweetie" when addressing people. In a mission she is focused but knows her limits and dose not bother over exerting herself when she dose not need to. She works with the syndicate to earn a living and to furthure her nen studies.
History: Taken in by a prominent underworld family she was, as the don’s adopted daughter intended to be used to join with another family via marriage, so she was raised to be beautiful. However she did not retain this training and not content being a trophy bride, found solace in managing the affairs of smaller parts of the crime world in her teens, what little training she received was from chance ambushes and situations where her bodyguards had failed her, soon her father met his end, an inevitable fate in the crime world. Given that the don had no sons she was permitted to lead the family, she only did so for a year, but did so very well before her position was usurped by one of her more ambitious subordinates, a man named Hogan. It was during a battle that Hogan attacked her and as she got to safety hunted her until she was far enough away, then returned to report that she was dead but he had been away avenging her killer, as was policy Hogan was promoted to don. Even though she was dead to her subordinates and friends she was still very much alive in person and not with out her father’s little book of underworld connections, this is how she heard of the assassins called the shadow syndicate and applied for a job with them, though she was only seventeen at the time. Once in the group she discovered all about nen and trained in it endlessly to compensate for her lack of physical training. Currently she uses her connections to find customers who need missions performed by the syndicate and is a core member of the organization despite rarely being with the rest of them (out getting customers)
=====MEAKASHI’S NEN=====
Given Nen type: Manipulation
Secondary Nen type: Specialist
Nen fields: (she ahs trained mostly in the nen aspects of things, as such her abilities are almost purely invested in nen, this is a huge advantage with nen against nen alone but a massive disadvantage in any situations where her nen is disabled or she is faced with an opponent with a stronger nen)
Ten: more or less always on in the hair it is near non existent over the body, hair must be moved to defend the body for Ten to work, but it is still effective
Ren: Barely enough to be considered even proficient, hair flairs up when ren is performed (think DBZ)
Zetsu: good enough to have zetsu on for most of the day, the hair recedes to shoulder length when in use
Hatsu: excellent
Shu: Very good given that it is needed to use her ability
Ryu: fair
Gyo: fair
En: hair stands on end when in use, this dramatically expands her En range making her very skilled in the practice
In: Hair recedes to about cheek bone length, fair to good
Nen Ability: “Hair manipulation”; By Filling her very long hair with most of her body’s nen she is able to move it as if it were an extension of her body, each hair can be manipulated to its fullest and
Conditions:
-when she uses any nen techniques her hair is effected (Shortens when using zetsu ECT.)
-loss of hair = loss of ability
-most of her nen is in her hair when she is using her ability (less protected in other places)
Secondary nen abilities: “Ideal Hair”; In her training she became aware of the fragility of hair, and she began to concentrate on having the Ideal hair, one which would work perfectly as both a weapon and her own hair. This concentration and training paid off as they manifested themselves in to her second ability, “Ideal hair”! When her hair is ideal it follows these rules:
-the hair can not be cut (by normal means)
-the hair can not tangle
-the hair can not be pulled out or fall
-nothing can get stuck in the hair
-the hair can not catch fire
-the hair is always looking it’s best (which is gorgeous!)
This ability also makes the first stronger, the hair can become solid and more dense, each strand is stronger than a steel wire

-the ideal hair needs ideal hair care, so the user will be constantly caring for their hair, this is a full time job, constraint washing, combing, use of high quality hair products are required for the ideal hair to be at its best

sounds good to me, you can meet us in the sewer's where we are heading, since its the temporary base for the syndicate while they are in town... yes, Kai is just that crazy and stupid.
