Weapons: Six Billion Knives Unbeatable style (inventor): once a devote of the four billion hooks unbeatable style, though he has made a style based off of the same boomerang like blade’s throwing and rapid catching then re-throwing but made more effective with use of the magnest in his knives, though it uses six strait blades and is substantially faster but requiring more focus. This requires ace knife throwing skills to even learn.

Equipment:
-His Knives: A set of six highly customized knives, the blades are double sided and strait with curved but still razor sharp ends, The blades are 10” long and 2.5” wide, the handles are 5” long and the guards are an elongated square so that the guard is always 2 cm from the blade. These knives are made of a highly resistant yet still light weight metal, the knives are weighed for throwing. Each knife has a powerful electromagnet inside the end, these can be switched on remotely by corresponding rings on the index, middle and ring fingers operated by simple switched on the back of the rings used with the thumb, in this way the knives can be drawn to each other magnetically at will causing them to speed up or change trajectory in air at critical times.
-Digital Grenades: has a good number (around 8 ) of these small flatish round devices, when activated these send out strong electromagnetic pulses that temporarily ruins electronic equipment for about twenty minutes (10 posts) though it works best on wireless things like cell phones these can also be used on wired things if placed on an actual wire. These must be placed and activated manually. The pulses do not harm ordinary humans unless they have pacemakers or some other electro-biotic parts.
-His Gloves and shoes: made of a mixture of Kevlar “Plates” and cloth these are very durable (bullet proof) while still allowing easy movement and traction. The gloves have metal studs on the knuckles.

Appearance:
Slightly above average height and somewhat pail bright skin K has naturally Gray hair and striking cool blue eyes. When he’s working he wares a black leather bodysuit with many zippers and straps throughout it, this looks constricting but is actually designed for ease of movement. He’s shoes and gloves are made of Kevlar and cloth, and the gloves have small metal studs on the knuckles, his shoes are tight and cloth in certain places again for ease of movement. His knives are in sheaths faced to his sides with straps, the handles face his front, there are three on each side starting just below the armpits and ending just below the end of the ribs. The digital grenades are fastened along his belt.

Personality: His exceptional skills and dedication are seemingly contradicted by his laid-back manner. He approaches life with a disarming, confident cheerfulness, selecting his targets seemingly on a whim. He believes that life is full of treasures and that he is entitled to collect them. Though he dose not only go after valuable things, K has been known to steal rare forms of plants or animals and books with no real monetary value solely because he believes them to be rare treasures. Having no real interest in fame or money he often gives away or leaves things that he steals at random places, making him very difficult to identify or track. Another reason K is interested in stealing heavily guarded things is because he considers it a challenge. His easy going nature often makes people think that he is not down to earth but K will shift gears to becoming more serious if he is in danger, K knows when he is in over his head however and has no problem escaping a situation that he knows he cant win in.

History: Because he just sort of “appeared” in the world recently K’s past is widely unknown by most everyone apart from himself. K began life on the streets of a particularly poor neighborhood the homeless people he lived with told him that one of them had found him in a trashcan inside a public restroom. Though this is inherently tragic K was not at all saddened by it, he rather enjoyed his life despite how awful it seemed to everyone else. Soon K, being only a child was subject to more charity then the others and was eventually discovered and put in to foster care. Soon after K met many orphans who dreamed of becoming hunters and leaving to train, being that they were his friends at the time K went with them even though he was not interested in becoming a hunter. He spent allot of time training with these people but did not take it nearly as seriously until he left them to peruse other endeavors. This is when he began to steal to make a living while he roved as he liked but he eventually decided to do it professionally and for the fun of stealing amazing treasures. Thus “Phantom Thief Kodai” came in to the public eye in a very small part of the world, and his career was born.

He wouldn't kill him unless he was told to do something, stupid, boring, or embarrising. Basically, give him the good jobs or die, and even then that's only when he's angry.

K dosent realy make plans, he wanders around untill he hears of/finds something he is intrested in, steals it, leaves and gives it away or leaves it somewhere, he has no real need for subordnites so your guy wouldnt be his subordinate
