First round of the hunter exams

ya you have three, and you didnt really fight the frog, u ran away, the other two u just hit over the head like me. but anyways im just arguing with you cuz im bored waiting for admin sama to start the fights))

((The proctor explaining the exam, and then announcing the first combatents. This round one will be cut short, because of storyline importance)

"Listen, everyone listen," one of the proctors said and the crowd hushed. "For this round you will fight two opponents, one after the other. We are not making the hunters the winners, but the ones who fight the best with their skills. The best fighters, not the strongest, will become hunters." The proctor continued explaining the last round. "The first match will be Bludan Remmis versus HalfSquat!!!" after the two had gotten into the ring the battle started.

Blu walked towards the ring, eyeing the crowd to find out who halfsquat was. However he did not see any of the contestants step forward. wait, wheres my opponent? Then he turned his head and saw the little boy, the one he believed to be a proctors child, standing in the ring with a readied stance and a smug look upon his face. "WHAT! im fighting that kid! hes not even 12!" one of the proctors replied "actually he is over 20, his clan has a special gene mutation that slow's their growing process." dang... this squirts older then me. "Fighters.. Begin!"

All of a sudden the kid disappeared. As blu tood there bewildered, he felt a tingling sensation in his right arm. The next instant the kid appeared back in his starting position. He smiled and pointed to Blu's arm. To his horror, Blu found his arm punctured by 5 needles, any movement of it caused him pain. "when did you do that!" "careful, those needles are barbed, pulling them out will shred your skin, and moving around too much will make them go deeper." the child replied, maintaining his smug grin and standing, relaxed. "Why you little..." Blu charged towards the kid, his right bad was held down because he didnt want to move his arm, but hild left bad was held out and back, ready for a swing. "Merry Christmas!" Blu aimed his left bat at the kids stomach, hoping to kick him as he leaned forward. The kid simply sidestepped to the right and put another needle in Blus arm. now Blu was getting angry, "Happy Birthday!" Blu span around 5 times, with both bats extended, aiming for the kid. When he stopped he found that none of his attack had connected, and there were a few more needles in his arm. what should i do, i just cant keep up with his kid.

Goji was watching from the stands "its a useful technique this... fighting acupuncture, but it has a disadvantage, when he's driving the needle in he has to have the most concentration possible to hit the corect point, allso because the needles are barbed if his hand isnt steady enugh he might stick himself in the hand and be unable to remove the needle with out taking away his ability to drive later needles in, I hope Blu sees that"

Blu was running out of options His right arm was beginning to resemble a porcupine. a direct attack won't work, every time i try to his him he just counters and hits me bac... THATS IT! i have to hit him when he counters my attack! Blu was glad to have Some form of a strategy. He once again charged towards the midget. "Trick..." Blu swung his left bat at his head. ((im making up a new attack for this situation, its nothing special, just treate it as blu making up an attack on the spot)) he watched closely as halfsquat took a step to the right and moved towards him. As halfsquat got into position to deliver another needle, Blu swung his right bat straight into the little mans knee. The effort of moving the arm sent shrieks of pain firing up Blus arm, and he could feel the barbs digging deeper. "...Or treat" Blu said between gritted teeth.
The kids leg buckled and he felled forward. Blu stepped back and the kid reflexively put his hand out hinfront of him to break his fall. Unfortunately for him a needle was in his right hand, and this stabbed right through the muscle of his hand between his thumb and his index finger. This made moving his thumb nearly impossible. Blu then aimed an attack at the midgets ribs, sending the small being tumbling away from him.
Halfsquat got up, holding his ribs and wearing a menacing expression full of hate. He inspected his right hand, tried to hold a needle and winced. He raised his hand and said "I give, i cant fight like this" in his voice that suggested knowledge way beyond his appeared age.

"And the winner is BLUDAN REMMIS!" The proctor yelled. "Dude that was lame", Kai said while laughing and pointing at Halfsquat. "The next battle is between Goji and..." ((Admin-sama fill this in))

"Kaiser Leith!" the proctor finished. The two combatents got into the ring, and prepared to fight. "Your move Goji!" Kai happily screamed.

Goji stood there with a surprised look on his face first move... crap! that kid knows I cant attack right out of the bat, he'll wait from me to do something and counter attack casing me to take a direct hit, this guy has already come up with a plan in the three seconds he knew wed be fighting AMAZING Ive underestimated him.... or am I over thinking it? I could just stand here and wait for him to do something but the proctors are watching and that wouldent look good, I need to keep my distance Goji leaned farward a little "nothing personal" and steped farward swiping a sharp wire allong the ground aimin for Kai's knees

Kai through water everywhere, while jumping on the wire. He was walking along it, and it was the only dry ground. Kai didn't really think, he reacted through instinct in the best possible way. Kai smiled and then he said, "Is that really all you got?"
