Re: First round of Hunter exams

The next day blu found a practice dummy and started striking for precision. He aimed for vital points like the elbow, knee, head, sternum, and collar bone. He also put the dummy in various positions to diversify his practice.

(lets start the fights soon, we make up our own opponents right?))

Goji had been looking over all the others, most avoided him but some allowed him to watch them with out worry. An oddly thin and twisted looking man who clutched a shovel tightly was allso spying on others, he cackled to himself madly. One canidate had been trying to poison the other canidates, she ofered them drinks and flirted hoplessly but no one took the bait she did not seem worryed however and had many needles through her hair. One man trained endlessly and never seemed to tire out, his hands possessing odd bulges in the knuckles. Otherwise everyone else had been to secretive to show.

Kai had taken the drink, but he was jittery and the cup spilled. Kai had ammused a man with an odd hat that looked like a candle. (( He will be main villain for this fight, and because of that Kai will fight last)) The man was covered in a platemail suit and had a barrel of oil on his back. He was definitely a swordsman, because he had two swords, a longsword and a rapier on his belt.

Goji sat down at the table with him "theres some weired ones..." he began pouring himself a drink "nothing we cant handle... I hope" Goji wasnt really an optimist

"Don't drink that!!! I spit in one of the cups!!!" Kai yelled vigorously. He looked at the candleman (I think this guy will be a reappearing villain. His name will be Excel)) who was targeting him. "Hey boy, did you spit in my cup?" A gorrila like man asked Kai..

Goji set the drink down "Now why would you do THAT!?!?!"

" Because the lady wouldn't give me a refill!" Kai yelled like a petulant child. He looked at the gorilla man and said, "Nope the spit is in Goji's cup."

((you realise now that all ten aplicants have been idetifyed leaving none to fwink))

"you really geting on my nerves now" he said tossing the first cup and geting another, compleatly ignoreing the other man

((No because the guy with weird knuckles is the gorrila man.))

((I NEVER SAID HE LOOKED LIKE A GORILLA DANG IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!))

(( Gorilla's have weird knuckles so Kai called him a gorilla. He might not be the super fighter, but he could call him whatever he wants))

Blu was busy training in the corner with his dummy. He was starting to get the hang of placing his strikes and started to try hitting the dummy while in weird positions, such as while doing a handstand or while sidewys in the air. As he flew past the Dummy, Blu notices a pair of small red eyes staring out from behind a large punching bag. The eyes quickly disappeared, but Blu was curious. He walked over to the bag, and puched it aside to find... nothing. i wonder where that person went? he then saw a fleeting movement out of the corner of his eyes. Blu followed a series of quick movements, never getting a good glimpse of his prey. he eventually ended up in the mens bathroom, and found a small child reaching up toward the sink to wash his hands. blue picked up the child and held him next to the sink where he could wash i wonder what such a young boy is doing here at the hunter exams... maybe he's the child of one of the proctors... just then he noticed the boys red eyes in the mirror its him! he was watching me! when he put the boy down he received a smug smile as the boy said "thanks mister" in an adult-like and knowing voice. Blu was quiet unnerved by the voice, and walked back to his dummy contemplating the boys actions and knowing gaze and speech.

(lets call him halfsquat))

Kai was bored, and sick of waiting for the proctors to start. He procllaimed loudly, "Hunter Candidates prepare" but he was hushed by Goji.

[Admin-sama]

"really! your not a proctor! they gave us this time for a reason you know"

((Fwink want to fight in the first round??))

((sure but proctors still have to start it))

((That's Admin-sama's job, so it's Admin-Sama's turn))

from that point on everyone kept to themsleves quietly going about their busness untill the deadline passed

Kai, who normally was rather energetic had been spending all day training, for the time period. He was tired, but never stopped the whole time except to eat or sleep. On the day of the exam Kai had looked at the candle man, who was smiling, and obviously happy.

Blu waited patiently for the proctors to reveal the contestants for the first fight, i hope i don't go first, it would be nice to see a few other fighting styles first.

Kai hadn't seen Blu fight at all and so he was excited. I hope Blu fights first, I hope Blu fights first, I hope Blu fights first Kai thought to himself which is rare when he is excited. Kai may have been anxious but he was more happy then unnerved.
