Ryu let out a small cry of pain, and looked at the man again. Theres gotta be something i can do... whatever, if the sword wont break, then ill just have to go for him... Ryu got as close as he could to the man dodging the sword as best as he could, and as soon as he got right next to the man, he grabbed the back of his head with both hands, and brought his knee towards the mans face, "DEAL BREAKER!"

The man ran at Ryu as well, and ferociously raised his sword above his head. The man was about to swing at Ryu's head, and then he tripped. The sword hit the ground, and broke.

Ryu burst out into laughter, stepping onto the mans right arm, grabbing his left, and putting him into a hold while he rummaged through his pockets looking for the badge.

There wasn't a badge in his pockets, it was on his lapel. The badge wasn't obvious with his uniform, but there was no way he had it in his pockets.

Ryu put pressure on the mans arms, annoyed that he couldnt find the badge, "SPILL IT! WHERES THE BADGE OR ILL SNAP YOUR ARM IN HALF!"

The man kneed at Ryu's groin as he pressed on his arms. In all his flailing the badge fell off his chest, onto the ground.

((im bothered at the dexterity of the man considering he kneed me in the balls while i was on his back... BUT! i have his badge, so it all works out))

Ryu bent over in agony and saw the badge fall from the mans jacket and quickly grabbed it from the ground, "haha thanks" As Ryu walked over to the man, and kicked him square in between the legs, "Thats payback, good fight" Ryu smiled, and ran off in the direction of the proctor.

"Yeah.... I need a badge! I have to get that license, have to sell it!" The strange man said while breathing heavily. He panted and grabbed on Sean's shoulders. "I have a wife and kids, I need the money or we starve!"

Ryu made his way to the proctor, when he arrives he stood next to him and asked the old man kindly, "once we get a badge what do we do? id rather not get jumped while i have one..."

"Whatever." The proctor said, then he fell to the floor unconcious. His body was limp on the ground, and he was definitely on the staff.
